Your biofield and body contain many memories. We have had remarkable experiences of directing energy to a particular body area and seeing an entire scene that an individual had consciously forgotten. The speaking of a key word may trigger the entire memory, in this or another time in history.

In Energetic Empowerment, we also create the space for guidance from our higher selves and other intelligences that are above and beyond ourselves.
